Date Night: Turf for Two February 21st

Join Chef Lane for an elevated and educational multi-course date night out in our demonstration kitchen. This menu has been designed to highlight Fine Dining skills and focuses on properly preparing premium cuts of protein. On the menu this evening we’ll start by preparing an Avocado Crab Salad. Next, a Porterhouse Steak for 2 prepared to preference will be served alongside Fondant Potatoes and Pan Roasted Asparagus. For dessert, enjoy a Chocolate Custard with Strawberries and Cream.

Note: each reservation is made for one couple (two participants)

Reservation Includes:

- Beer or wine for each participant to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious and romantic meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop

- The recipes for all items made throughout the experience

- Hands-on culinary experience and Q & A with Chef Lane

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
