Join Chef Wendy, who grew up in the heart of Beijing, for an immersive dumpling-making experience where you'll explore classic techniques with a modern twist. In this hands-on workshop, Chef Wendy will guide you through the art of crafting perfect dumplings from scratch. The menu features Steamed Pumpkin & Pork Dumplings, Pan-Seared Vegetarian Dumplings, and Baked Apple & Cream Cheese Rangoon drizzled with honey. Whether you're a dumpling enthusiast or a first-timer, you’ll learn to shape, fill, and cook these dumplings to perfection. Leave with new skills, recipes, and a taste of authentic fall-inspired Chinese flavors!
