Join Chef Florence in our demonstration kitchen to learn four different techniques for preparing this summer's fresh catch. You'll step outside of your comfort zone and gain tips and tricks for preparing delicious fish dishes with seasonally fresh ingredients, perfect for outdoor entertaining. You'll receive all the recipes from the evening so you may replicate these dishes all summer long. The menu for the evening includes Fish Tartare (tuna or white fish upon market availability), Oven Roasted Salmon with a fresh herb sauce, Cod in spicy coconut curry sauce, and pan seared filet in a Beurre Blanc sauce. 

Ticket Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine
