Dive into a culinary experience that celebrates the freshest local ingredients, with a special focus on selecting, preparing, and cooking fresh North Carolina Fish. In this immersive class, you'll not only learn how to create a seasonal, multi-course meal, but also gain valuable insights into sourcing the best local seafood and produce. Begin with a velvety roasted parsnip and apple soup, balancing earthy and sweet flavors. Next, discover the art of preparing fresh and flaky locally-caught fish, cooked to perfection and paired with a hearty squash and sage wild rice pilaf. Learn essential tips on selecting the freshest fish at local markets, as well as techniques for enhancing its natural flavors. Conclude your meal with a rich and creamy homemade vanilla bean butterscotch pudding alongside a latte or decaf coffee. This dessert captures the warmth and sweetness of the season, offering a comforting and elegant finale to your dining experience.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or live performance, and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
