Indulge your senses with Chef Jay as he leads a captivating journey through the art of Thai cuisine during this workshop. Throughout the summer we will be exploring an assortment of global styles of cooking and our second stop on the tour is Thailand!  Under Chef Jay's expert guidance, you'll unlock the secrets to crafting a delectable Thai-inspired meal that delights the palate and elevates your entertaining. On the menu this evening is a Crispy Thai Duck Salad (Yam Neau), Green Curried Prawns (Kaeng Khiu Wan), Spiced Grilled Chicken (Gai Yang) with Hot and Sweet Sauce (Nam Jeem), and Young Coconut Panna Cotta (Sangkhaya). You’ll learn techniques and traditions that will impress your guests and make Thai cooking as enjoyable as it is delicious.
