Take your fall cooking to the next level by learning the essentials of building bold, flavorful sauces, rich stocks, and seasonal vinaigrettes with Chef Florence. In this class, you'll discover how to create foundational stocks that add depth to soups and stews, master the art of balancing flavors in classic and contemporary sauces, and craft vinaigrettes that highlight the fresh, earthy tastes of autumn. On the menu this evening, you will make and enjoy a flavorful chicken stock from scratch and use it to make a butternut squash and mushroom rice pilaf with roasted chicken. You'll also make your own blend of vinaigrette dressing to enjoy over a seasonal salad, and for dessert you will enjoy a sweet french crepe with lemon blueberry sauce.

Whether you’re preparing a cozy dinner for family or elevating your next gathering, these versatile techniques will become your go-to tools for enhancing any dish!
