Escape to the sun-drenched countryside of southern France in this fresh, hands-on cooking class inspired by the flavors of Provence. Begin with delicate toasts topped with creamy ricotta, sweet peas, crisp radishes, and tender pea shoots—a bright, seasonal bite that sets the tone for the evening. Next, prepare herb-marinated chicken finished with a vibrant fresh herb salsa, served alongside fragrant basmati rice and simply prepared green beans that highlight the beauty of spring produce. Conclude the cooking class with a light and elegant lemon verbena cream, a refreshing dessert that brings the meal to a graceful close. This class is perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to experience the joy of gathering around a spring-inspired table.

Reservation Includes:

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
