Begin with a hand-tossed arugula salad featuring juicy raspberries, crisp cucumbers, creamy feta, and a zesty lemon dressing—a refreshing start to the evening. Then, prepare perfectly seared salmon finished with a vibrant blood orange glaze, served alongside forbidden rice pilaf and tender broccolini for a beautifully balanced main course. Conclude the cooking class with a silky lime crème brûlée accented with fresh mint and mango, offering a light yet indulgent finale. This class is perfect for couples, friends, or anyone eager to savor seasonal ingredients, elegant techniques, and the joy of gathering around a spring-inspired table.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
