Immerse yourself in a day of culinary discovery with an exclusive tour of a vibrant local Asian market, followed by a hands-on culinary experience. Begin with a guided stroll through the market alongside Chef Wendy, exploring the freshest ingredients, uncovering hidden gems, and learning insider tips that bring authentic flavors to life. Then, return to Home for Entertaining’s demonstration kitchen to create a thoughtfully curated menu featuring steamed pork and Shrimp Shumai, Mongolian Beef, Double Happiness fried rice with Chinese sausage, eggs, and vegetables, and delicate mini Spring Rolls with sweet bean paste drizzled with honey. After preparing your dishes, relax and savor them in the elegant sunroom, enjoying the perfect blend of education, hands-on engagement, and vibrant flavors. This is an exceptional culinary journey designed for couples, friends, and anyone who loves immersive, luxurious experiences that are as educational as they are delicious.

Planned Itinerary:

• 10:00 AM — Participants meet Chef Wendy at Today Asia Market on Kildaire Road to shop, learn, and explore. 
• Afterward, participants will travel independently to Home for Entertaining’s Demonstration Kitchen to begin preparing the meal together.
• Following the hands-on portion, guests will gather around the table with Chef Wendy to enjoy lunch. Coffee and tea will be available after the meal as you reflect on the day’s experience.

Important note: This experience includes time at an off-site location, and transportation is not provided. Each participant is responsible for driving to and from Today Asia Market and Home for Entertaining.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com. Participants agree to provide their own transportation between locations and assume all responsibility and liability for travel to and from Today Asia Market and Home for Entertaining.
