Discover the art of growing microgreens with Garrett from Piedmont Microgreens. This hands-on class equips you with the skills to grow these nutrient-rich, flavorful plants in just ten days. Under Garrett's guidance, you'll learn the essentials of microgreen cultivation, from seeding to harvest. The experience begins in the classroom, where you'll plant your first trays, and continues at home, where your microgreens will flourish under your care. Not only will you harvest your own crops, but you'll also sample a variety of mature microgreens from Piedmont Microgreens. With all materials provided for your initial grow and three more at home, this class offers a comprehensive introduction to sustainable, healthy eating. Join us to elevate your culinary and entertaining skills!

Ticket Includes:

- Hands-on instruction and skillful demonstration by professional farmer
