Outdoor Entertaining: Refreshing Your Patio Planters May 22nd

Join Krystol and Katie of Spade and Sparrow Exterior Design for an engaging hands-on Porch Planter workshop, designed to elevate your outdoor entertaining this season. Krystol and Katie will be sharing insider tips and design techniques during this exclusive workshop including:

- How to create an ideal combination of heat tolerant summer blooms

- The 3 main design components all planters need

- Discovering which plants will work best for your sun exposure

- Learning about the finishing touches we use to give our planters an elevated look

- Care and maintenance tricks for outdoor planters that will last all season long

You’ll leave the workshop with a beautiful custom planter overflowing with blooms and foliage to match your personal style and unique growing conditions. You will also know exactly what it takes to get a professional looking planter and be able to recreate the process on your own for seasonal soirees to come.

Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just starting your gardening journey, Krystol and Katie will help you create a living masterpiece that will look amazing all summer long.

Please bring your favorite outdoor planter, up to 15 inches in diameter, to this workshop. If you’d like, you are welcome to purchase a planter from either Spade and Sparrow or Home for Entertaining at the workshop. If you’re not sure which planter you’d like to use, an insert will be given to you to use until you find your forever planter!

Ticket Includes:

- Hands-on instruction and skillful demonstration by professional exterior designers

- A transitional planter insert that can fit into planters up to 15 inches in diameter to take home (or you are welcome to bring any planter up to 15 inches in diameter to this workshop to fill!)

- Our signature sweet + salty snack bar to enjoy during the workshop

- All necessary equipment and materials needed

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- All recipes learned throughout the afternoon
