Chinese New Year Celebration: The Year of The Snake January 24th

Come celebrate the Chinese New Year at Home for Entertaining with chef instructor Wendy! During this cooking demonstration, you’ll observe, experience, and learn how to make traditional Chinese cuisine while tasting a medley of sweet and savory flavors. The menu has been designed for a celebration and includes Pan Seared Chinese New Year Dumplings, Twice Cooked Steak with Ginger and Scallions, Singapore Mein Fun (Rice Noodles), and Mini Sweet Red Bean Spring Rolls served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Dragon Fruit.

Please note that the style of this experience is to watch and learn and is not as hands-on as some of our other classes and events. You’ll learn, taste, and experience delicious cuisine throughout the entire evening!

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the hands-on workshop

- The recipes for all dishes tasted throughout the experience
