Cozy Crepe Experience January 25th

Saturday, January 25th, 2025 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm 

Join chef instructor Kim for an interactive, hands-on crepe-making afternoon experience in our demonstration kitchen. We’ll focus on preparing delicious crepes with sweet and savory fillings, designed to impress guests who may be staying with you this winter season! You’ll learn the techniques for making delicate crepes alongside seasonal and festive fillings. On the menu, you’ll enjoy a Smoked Salmon and Dill appetizer crepe, a hearty Crepe Monsieur to follow, and lastly a Gingerbread Crepe served with Cherries for dessert.

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the hands-on workshop

- The recipes for all dishes tasted throughout the experience

- Hands-on culinary experience and Q & A with Chef Kim
