Date Night: Surf for Two February 7th

Friday, February 7th, 2025 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Join Chef Lane for an elevated and educational multi-course date night out in our demonstration kitchen. This menu has been designed to highlight Fine Dining skills and focuses on properly preparing premium cuts of protein. The starter is a Tuna Tataki with sesame cucumber salad, followed by a Chilean Sea bass in a citrus butter sauce served with blistered corn, wilted greens, and charred sweet potato. For dessert, a passionfruit cheesecake will be served. All courses will be served for two at a private table. 

Note: each reservation is made for one couple (two participants) 

Reservation Includes:

- Beer or wine for each participant to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious and romantic meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop

- The recipes for all items made throughout the experience

- Hands-on culinary experience and Q & A with Chef Lane

- Private shopping experience

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
