Valentine's Day Pasta from Scratch February 4th

Join Chef Cat in our demonstration kitchen to learn how to make two pasta styles during this Valentine’s Day-inspired cooking class! Participants will learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch with a festive twist. On the menu this evening is a pink penne pasta served with a sausage and broccolini sauce. You’ll also learn how to make chocolate fettuccine served with a strawberry whipped cream for dessert! Dinner will be served with a seasonal salad and fresh bread, so make sure you come hungry.

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop
