Spice & Flavor: Cooking With Chilis March 21st

Friday, March 21st, 2025 6:00pm - 8:30pm 

Discover the depth and diversity of chili peppers in this bold and flavorful culinary journey. from smoky and mild to fiery and intense, explore how different regional chiles bring complexity and heat to a variety of dishes. This hands-on experience will guide you through creating a vibrant, spice-forward seasonal menu including Fried Yucca with Aji Rocoto sauce, Aji Mirasol Grilled Chicken Skewers, Aji Amarillo potatoes, and roasted veggies. For dessert you’ll enjoy Peruvian rice pudding. 

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as coke, diet coke, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop
