Exploring the Best Market Finds: Maison & Objet, Deco Off, and Shoppe Object
Spring is an exciting time in the world of retail, and our team had the incredible opportunity to explore fresh inspiration and exciting market finds at some of the most influential markets in the industry. From the timeless elegance of Paris to the vibrant energy of New York City, we explored the latest trends, discovered exceptional new products, and connected with inspiring artists and vendors. Our journey took us to Maison & Objet and Deco Off in Paris, as well as Shoppe Object in New York City, each offering a unique perspective on whatâs next in home decor and gifts. Weâre thrilled to share some of our favorite finds that are already making their way into our shop!
Maison & Objet â Paris
Maison & Objet remains a cornerstone of the global design scene, showcasing a rich tapestry of innovation and craftsmanship. The show brings together 2,300 brands from 147 countries and is located at Parc Des Expositions. We were captivated by the resurgence of organic textures, artisanal ceramics, and a renewed focus on sustainable materials. Here are some of our favorite finds from Maison & Objet-Paris!
We love our new line of MyuM Rattle's. Handmade and crocheted with vibrant 100% organic cotton. They are packaged in a corn fiber bag and are quality toys for little ones. Check out our selection of colorful fruits and veggies.Â

Quail Ceramics is a British brand we are now carrying that is known for its distinctive, high-quality tableware and display pieces. Designed in the UK, many originals are crafted in the Midlands, while skilled artisans in Thailand and Sri Lanka handle the firing and hand-painting. Quailâs pieces can be used for pouring drinks, storing utensils, or displaying flowers. We frequently rotate which animals we have in the shop!
Founded in 1998 by husband-and-wife duo William and Sarah, Archivist has grown over the past two decades into a small but passionate team. Known for their vibrant and playful matchboxes, Archivist Matches make the perfect hostess giftâespecially when paired with a candleâfor those last-minute dinner party invites.
Deco Off â Paris
Deco Off-Paris is a must-visit for textile enthusiasts, with 100 plus showrooms along the Seine, primarily in the Mail and Madeline neighborhoods. Deco Off displayed an extraordinary selection of fabrics and wall coverings from top design houses. From intricate handwoven textiles to bold contemporary patterns, the show provided a glimpse into the upcoming seasonâs most exciting designs. We enjoyed making our way through the different design houses and being inspired along the way.
Shoppe Object â New York City
In contrast to the European markets, Shoppe Object-New York City had a distinctly modern and independent spirit. Showcasing a carefully curated mix of emerging brands and established artisans, this show celebrated creativity and originality with more than 800 vendors showcasing their products in their new venue in West Chelsea at the Starrett-Lehigh building. Following are some of our favorite finds from Shoppe Object!
We're excited to introduce Palermo Soaps and Skincare, a thoughtful new addition to our collection. Founded by artisan Jess, Palermo Body was inspired by her childhood and the cherished self-care rituals of her Sicilian Nonna, Vincenza. Named after her grandmotherâs hometown, Palermo was created to make self-care both accessible and deeply meaningful. Each product is intentionally crafted using earth-derived, minimalist ingredients chosen for their specific benefitsânurturing both skin and spirit. Handmade in Brooklyn, Palermo reflects a heartfelt commitment to quality, well-being, and sustainability.

Woodworking runs in Joseph Brodyâs familyâhe learned the craft in his grandfatherâs workshop, where scrap wood became spinning tops and toy boats. After building beehives in West Africa with the Peace Corps, Joseph spent years in the corporate world developing products for major American retailers. But the urge to create by hand never left. With his familyâs support, he opened a custom woodworking shop in the San Francisco Bay Area. Today, their furniture is found in iconic buildings and beautiful homes worldwide. Each pieceâwhether furniture, home dĂ©cor, or kitchenwareâis crafted with integrity and traditional skill his grandfather would be proud of.We are thrilled to offer J Brody & Co and a collection of their beautiful wooden serving and kitchen utensils.Â
Jenifer Green has loved art for as long as she can remember, inspired by her artist mother and a childhood filled with creativity. After earning a fine art degree from Philadelphia College of Art, she and her husband, Don, a furniture maker, co-founded Greentree Home in 1992. In 2001, Jenifer launched Greentree Home Candle, where she now focuses on design and marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys beekeeping and hiking. Her beautiful candles are hand-poured and individually finished in New York State. They are all made from 100% pure North American beeswax.
