Celebrate the changing season with a refined, hands-on seafood cooking class inspired by the best of early spring waters. March marks a unique transition, when colder-water species remain available and the first warmer-water varieties begin to appear—allowing the menu to reflect what is freshest and most vibrant at the time of the cooking class. The evening begins with a delicate seafood canapé, featuring either a crab canapé or shrimp toast, setting a light and elegant tone. Guests will then prepare a simple grilled seasonal fish, thoughtfully paired with classic hushpuppies and a bright spring succotash that highlights fresh produce and texture. The cooking class concludes with Atlantic Beach Lemon Pie, a coastal-inspired dessert that is equal parts nostalgic and refreshing. This class is perfect for couples, seafood lovers, or anyone looking to experience the joy of gathering in the kitchen this season. 

*Please Note: The specific seafood items will be selected by the chef based upon the freshest fish available on the day of the class.

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
