The Scent of a Fresh-Cut Tree
Woodland Spruce smells just like bringing the Christmas tree home. Crisp cedar leaf, peppercorn and pinon pine lead into palo santo, cedarwood and moss, with a warm finish of amber, vetiver and sandalwood. The soy wax blend candle is hand-poured into a reusable handblown glass vessel.
Size: 15.5 oz; up to 90 hours burn time
Care: Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn, and on the first burn let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the glass. Burn for up to 4 hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended. Once the candle is finished, wash the glass with warm, soapy water to reuse it.
Artisan Information: LAFCO, short for Luxury Articles and Fragrance Company, was founded in New York City in 1992 by Jon Bresler, a former attorney who got his start making men's shaving soaps with a soap maker in Portugal. Today LAFCO creates candles, reed diffusers, room mists and hand care rooted in European perfumery, made with essential oils and botanical ingredients. Their candles are hand-poured into handblown glass vessels with no labels, so the glass is just as pretty on a shelf long after the candle is gone.
