Artisan Information: Stick Candles are 100 % Beeswax Candles that are cast from Sticks, Twigs and Branches by a small team of maker/chandlers in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The shapes that they cast are chosen for their beauty and detail, and also importantly, for their inclination to be used as functioning candles that perform properly, and maintain visual interest throughout their use. They forage shapes in Nature, and recreate these finds in wax sourced exclusively from apiaries in the United States and Canada. Every small batch of wax is unique in composition. The result is a wonderfully unpredictable range of hue and scent with a capacity to remind us of experiences and notions both familiar and exotic.
