A Love Letter to NC Strawberries May 16th

Friday, May 16th 6:00pm - 8:00pm 

Celebrate the height of strawberry season with this hands-on cooking class, inspired by the bounty of local spring harvests. You’ll start with Brown Butter Ricotta Crostini, finished with a bright balsamic-strawberry topping. Then, toss together a vibrant Strawberry Chicken Salad with homemade poppyseed dressing, bursting with fresh flavors. For something sweet, bake rustic Strawberry Oat Bars, and sip on Sparkling Strawberry Limeade for a refreshing finish. It’s a joyful ode to North Carolina’s most beloved spring crop!

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee
