Celebrate the flavors of summer in this hands-on cooking class designed to feel relaxed, vibrant, and effortlessly elevated. Throughout the evening, you’ll work with fresh seasonal ingredients while exploring techniques that bring bold flavor and balance to every dish. Begin with grilled zucchini topped with creamy sumac labneh and a lemon honey vinaigrette, combining smoky char, bright citrus, and subtle sweetness in a beautifully layered starter. From there, you’ll prepare shrimp and sweet corn maque choux, a Southern-inspired dish that highlights the sweetness of peak-season corn paired with tender shrimp and savory aromatics for a rich, comforting finish. To end the evening, you’ll bake a blueberry sour cream pie featuring juicy summer berries and a silky, lightly tangy filling tucked into a buttery crust. Designed for couples, friends, and anyone who loves cooking with the seasons, this experience is an invitation to slow down, gather around the table, and savor the bright, comforting flavors of summer.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com. Learn more about this policy on our FAQ page. 

By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
