Cozy Fall Classics: A Cooking Class

Monday, October 5th, 2026 6:00pm - 8:30pm 

This hands-on cooking class opens with a velvety potato and leek soup brightened by herby gremolata, then moves into a herb-crusted ham finished with cranberry chutney, plated alongside crispy brussels sprouts glazed in maple syrup and a root vegetable crostata topped with browned butter sage sauce. The evening closes with chocolate pots de crème and hot coffee or tea service. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this class is a full, cozy embrace of the season.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
