Join Chef Florence in our kitchen for a hands-on class dedicated to making the most of summer’s fresh catch. You’ll explore four unique preparations, from bright and zesty to rich and comforting — perfect for warm-weather gatherings and outdoor entertaining. Learn essential tips for selecting, seasoning, and cooking fish with confidence, then take home all the recipes to enjoy all season long. On the menu: Fish Ceviche (tuna or white fish, depending on market availability), Oven-Roasted Salmon with a vibrant herb sauce, Cod in a spicy coconut curry, and Pan-Seared Filet with classic Beurre Blanc.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
