Haand ceramics — handcrafted in North Carolina, designed to make every meal feel like a moment worth remembering.

Haand is a ceramics brand rooted in craftsmanship, community, and the belief that a beautifully made object can elevate even the most ordinary table. Founded in 2012 by childhood friends Mark Warren and Chris Pence, Haand takes its name from the archaic Norwegian word for "hand" — and true to that spirit, every piece is made by hand. Operating out of Burlington, NC, Haand produces objects at volume while ensuring each piece is touched by their makers' hands as it moves from concept to table.

What makes Haand so special is that their work occupies a rare space — equal parts artisan and durable. Today, Haand employs a talented staff of 20 and thrives within the walls of a historic 13,000 square foot former hosiery mill in downtown Burlington. Their ceramics have found their way onto the tables of James Beard Award-winning chefs and everyday home entertainers alike.
