Highlight the brilliance and beauty of our handblown glass designs by illuminating from below with our US-made cast-zinc lighted platforms, in two sizes. This Simon Pearce Illumination Base is a simple flat base that features cool white LED lighting with a rechargeable battery and runs on a timer.

Battery Run Time
- LEDs stay illuminated for 6 hours from turn-on time and automatically turn off
- Large base runs up to 14 days between charges and is for trees 10" and larger
- Small base runs up to 3 days between charges and is for trees 8" and smalle

Brightness Settings
- The button toggles through three brightness modes:
- First push lights the LEDs at 33%
- Second push increases to 66%
- Third push increases brightness to 100%
- At any point during any of the modes, the user can hold the button for approximately 2.5 seconds, and the brightness will revert the mode back to 0%
Artisan Information: Since the beginning, Simon’s life has centered around functional, sophisticated design. Growing up in Ireland with a family of artisans, attention to detail and aesthetics were part of his everyday experience. At age 16, Simon began his craft as an apprentice at his father’s pottery studio. From there, he went on to work with notable glassmakers all over Europe before opening his namesake studio. Inspired by centuries-old Georgian glassmaking techniques and using the finest natural materials, Simon set out to create designs that bring pleasure and inspiration with every use, every day.In the age of bigger, better, faster, they believe simplicity, quality, and artisanship are tenets of a better way of life. From hand-thrown pottery to lead-free crystal glassware made with custom molds and purpose-built furnaces, each handcrafted piece carries a story that lends meaning, authenticity, and grace to every use.Everything they do is in service of creating a table to gather with the people we love.
