A Healthy Harvest Feast 

Thursday, November 5th, 2026 6:00pm - 8:30pm 

This hands-on cooking class highlights the best of the season's harvest, from first course to last. Begin with a cranberry herb and whipped ricotta crostini, then move into a warming butternut bisque finished with cinnamon pumpkin clusters. The main course features a mushroom and gruyère chicken risotto, followed by a rustic apple galette drizzled in caramel to close the evening. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this class is a hearty, seasonal menu built for cooler nights.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
