You'll begin by preparing a refreshing raita, a cool yogurt dish with fresh herbs and vegetables that balances the warmth of traditional Indian spices. Next, you'll explore the flavors of Kerala, a region celebrated for its vibrant curries, as you create a fragrant chicken curry served over fluffy basmati rice alongside freshly made chapati, a soft, skillet-cooked flatbread perfect for scooping up every bite. To finish, you'll prepare kheer, a creamy rice pudding delicately flavored with warming spices and topped with fresh seasonal fruit for a light and comforting finale. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone eager to explore the richness of Indian cuisine, this experience invites you to discover new techniques, embrace bold flavors, and gather around the table to share a memorable meal.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
