Gather around the chef’s table and watch as each dish is prepared and finished before you, gaining insight into the techniques, ingredients, and inspiration behind a seasonally driven menu guided by both a chef and a wine expert.

 The evening begins with a welcome glass of bubbly, followed by a Summer Green Salad featuring fresh local greens, ripe tomatoes, pepperoncini, toasted pine nuts, and extra virgin olive oil—an expression of peak-season simplicity. Next, enjoy Shrimp and Clam Fra Diavolo with sweet shellfish simmered in a gently spicy tomato broth, served over bucatini with warm crusty bread made for savoring every bit of sauce. To finish, indulge in a Torta Barozzi, a rich flourless chocolate cake with hazelnut and raspberries that balances depth with brightness in a refined finale.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
