Journey through the bright, fresh flavors of Southeast Asia in this hands-on cooking class inspired by the comforting, vibrant dishes found across Vietnam and the Philippines. Throughout the evening, you’ll work with fragrant herbs, bold aromatics, and fresh ingredients as you create a menu designed for both comfort and connection around the table. You’ll begin with Filipino lumpia—crispy, golden spring rolls filled with savory vegetables and wrapped with care before being fried to perfection. Next, you’ll move into a Vietnamese lemongrass chicken and veggie noodle bowl, building layers of flavor with tender marinated chicken, rice noodles, and crisp, fresh vegetables brought together with a bright, herb-forward finish. To end the evening, you’ll craft a mango tiramisu, where sweet tropical mango meets creamy layers for a light, elegant dessert with a modern twist. Designed for friends gathering, couples sharing a night out, or anyone drawn to the vibrant spirit of Southeast Asian cooking, this experience is an invitation to slow down, cook with intention, and gather around a table filled with color, warmth, and flavor.

Reservation Includes:

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
