Wander into the heart of fall in this hands-on cooking class inspired by a crisp evening in the orchard, where apples take center stage from first course to last. You'll begin with a warming apple celery root soup, blending sweet fruit and earthy root vegetable into a silky, comforting start to the meal. From there, you'll prepare an apple and sage glazed pork chop, learning how to build a glaze that balances sweetness and savory herb for a dish that's rich with fall flavor. Alongside it, you'll toss together a farro confetti bright with corn and seasonal vegetables, adding color and texture to the plate. To finish, you'll bake a classic apple crisp topped with a decadent coconut caramel sauce, a warm and cozy dessert that brings the evening full circle. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to slow down, cook with intention, and savor an evening among the orchard's finest flavors.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
