Step into the vibrant flavors of Latin America in this hands-on empanada class, where bold ingredients and fresh, bright flavors come together around the table. You’ll begin by preparing empanada dough from scratch—rolling, shaping, and learning how to form perfectly sealed pockets ready for filling. From there, you’ll create a chicken, corn, and zucchini filling, layered with savory depth and a hint of sweetness, before folding and sealing each empanada to bake or fry until golden and crisp. Alongside the empanadas, you’ll build a fresh pineapple salsa served with tortilla chips—juicy, citrusy, and lightly spiced. Next, you’ll prepare cilantro lime rice, fragrant with fresh herbs and lime, to round out the meal. To finish, you’ll create a refreshing sorbet, a light and cooling final bite to close the evening. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone drawn to the energy of Latin American cooking, this experience is an invitation to cook with intention and gather around a table filled with color, brightness, and flavor.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
