Step into the vibrant flavors of Spain in this hands-on cooking class, where bold ingredients, bright flavors, and traditional techniques come together around the table. You’ll begin by preparing a classic romesco sauce made with roasted red peppers, almonds, and tomato, served alongside grilled bread for dipping and sharing. From there, you’ll create empanadas filled with sofrito chicken, piquillo peppers, and Manchego cheese—learning how to build depth of flavor while shaping and sealing each one by hand. Next, you’ll prepare saffron rice with lemon, fragrant and golden, bringing warmth and brightness to the table. To finish, you’ll make crisp, golden churros served with rich chocolate for dipping—a sweet and comforting end to the evening. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone drawn to the spirit of Spanish cooking, this experience is an invitation to slow down, cook with intention, and gather around a table filled with bold flavors, warmth, and connection.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
