Settle into a cozy evening among the season's best flavors in this hands-on cooking class inspired by a garden supper in early fall. You'll start with a seasonal bruschetta to snack on as you arrive, setting a relaxed tone for the evening ahead. From there, you'll toss a salad of seasonal greens with crisp apples, creamy goat cheese, and a maple vinaigrette, bringing sweet and tangy flavor to the table. For the main course, you'll build a mushroom farro risotto, learning how to coax out its deep, earthy flavor, paired with an herb-crusted, spatchcocked chicken roasted for juicy, evenly cooked results. To finish, you'll assemble a pear galette with cardamom and rosemary, topped with whipped labneh for a dessert that's rustic, fragrant, and elegant all at once. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to slow down, cook with intention, and savor an autumn evening in the garden.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
