Celebrate the shift from summer to fall in this hands-on cooking class that captures the best of both seasons on one menu. You'll begin by building a peach watermelon salad with creamy buffalo mozzarella, balancing sweet, juicy fruit with rich, milky cheese for a dish that's as vibrant as it is simple. You'll then move to the grill, marinating and cooking chicken skewers infused with bright, savory flavor. To finish, you'll caramelize apples and pair them with silky mascarpone and vanilla Chantilly, a warm and cozy dessert that welcomes in the new season, served alongside coffee or tea. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to savor the in-between, celebrating summer's farewell and fall's arrival in one delicious evening.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
