In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build a classic Low Country Boil—layering shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes with the kind of bold, seasoned boil that turns a simple meal into a gathering worth lingering over. It’s all about timing, seasoning, and the joy of cooking something designed to be shared straight from the pot to the table. Alongside the boil, you’ll make golden, crispy hushpuppies from scratch, learning how to create the perfect light interior and crunchy exterior that makes them impossible to stop eating. To finish, you’ll create a Key Lime Icebox Cake, a cool and creamy dessert with bright citrus flavor and nostalgic charm that’s perfect for warm-weather entertaining. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to slow down, cook with intention, and discover the joy of creating a coastal feast meant to be shared.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff!
