Welcome the first days of fall with the sun-soaked flavors of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class. You'll start by assembling plum and caramelized onion filo pastries, learning how to layer flaky pastry with sweet and savory filling for a beautifully golden bite. For the main course, you'll stuff and roast butternut squash with seasoned ground beef and béchamel sauce, paired with an herb and pomegranate lentil salad bright with color and texture. To finish, you'll make a silky vanilla panna cotta topped with stewed pears and apricots and finished with a drizzle of olive oil, a light and elegant dessert that captures the season's shift. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to slow down, cook with intention, and savor the first flavors of fall in the Mediterranean.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
