Flavors of the Greek Isles August 26th

Tuesday, August 26th, 2025 6:00pm - 8:30pm 

Escape to the sun-drenched shores of the Aegean with a hands-on cooking class inspired by the bright, bold flavors of coastal Greece. You’ll begin with grilled eggplant rolls filled with creamy herbed cheese—simple, elegant, and bursting with summer flavor. For the main course, we’ll prepare ouzo-marinated shrimp served over a bed of tomato and garlic orzo, full of fresh herbs and citrus. To finish, you’ll make a classic olive oil lemon cake—light, fragrant, and soaked in sweet syrup. This class is a perfect celebration of the Mediterranean table, designed to bring a little island magic to your summer evenings.

Reservation Includes:

- 2 glasses of beer or wine to enjoy

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- A delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the workshop

- The recipes for all items made throughout the experience

- Hands-on culinary experience and Q & A with Stefanie

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! Tickets are nonrefundable after 24 hours of purchase, but may be transferred to another participant by emailing hello@homeforentertaining.com.
