Journey through the vibrant flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class inspired by beloved dishes from Greece. Throughout the evening, you'll work with fresh ingredients, aromatic herbs, and time-honored techniques to create a menu that is both comforting and full of character. Begin with a creamy green goddess hummus layered with bright herbs and fresh flavor, then learn to prepare traditional bourekia—flaky pastries filled with spinach and cheese. Next, you'll create Santorini-style tomato and zucchini fritters, celebrating the simple ingredients and bold flavors that define Mediterranean cooking. For the main course, you'll build chicken shawarma wraps featuring warmly spiced chicken and fresh accompaniments. To finish, you'll craft pistachio kataifi marshmallow treats, combining crispy kataifi, toasted pistachios, and a delicate hint of orange blossom. Designed for couples, friends, and anyone drawn to vibrant Mediterranean cuisine, this immersive evening is an opportunity to cook, connect, and gather around the table while exploring the flavors of one of the world's most celebrated culinary regions.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
