Step into the ease and freshness of summer cooking in this hands-on pasta class, where bright produce, simple techniques, and vibrant flavors come together around the table. You’ll begin with a chilled gazpacho—blended tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers coming together into a refreshing start layered with garden-fresh flavor. From there, you’ll build a berry salad, highlighting peak-season fruit with a light, balanced finish that feels both bright and naturally sweet. Next, you’ll move into the heart of the evening: angel hair pasta tossed with basil pesto, local cherry tomatoes, and parmesan, finished with grilled chicken for a simple yet deeply flavorful main. To finish, you’ll create a warm peach crisp, baked until golden and bubbling, served as a soft contrast to the bright, fresh notes of the meal. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves cooking with the rhythm of the season, this experience is an invitation to slow down, gather, and enjoy a table filled with color, freshness, and ease.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
