Bring your favorite people together for an exclusive, chef-led culinary experience designed for connection, celebration, and unforgettable food. This private-style gathering reserves our entire space for your group of 10, offering the feel of a fully curated event—without the need to coordinate details with our team. Simply choose your menu, invite your guests, and enjoy a beautifully chef-guided evening that feels both effortless and intentional.

You will select from two seasonal, summer-inspired menus, each crafted to highlight fresh ingredients and vibrant, layered flavors.

Peruvian Summer
Begin with Solterito Salad, a bright chopped salad of tomatoes, peppers, Peruvian cheese, and beans served over crisp greens. From there, move into Pollo a la Brasa, marinated and grilled chicken served with a rich yellow pepper sauce alongside crispy potatoes and roasted tomatoes. To finish, enjoy a nostalgic yet elevated Alfajores Sundae, featuring crumbly sugar cookies, dulce de leche, and vanilla ice cream.

French-Inspired Summer
Start with a delicate Fig and Goat Cheese Salad finished with a honey vinaigrette. Then prepare Lemon and Thyme Roast Chicken paired with fingerling potatoes and caramelized fennel, a comforting yet refined centerpiece. End the evening with a Summer Fruit Tart layered with vanilla pastry cream and a buttery shortbread crust.

Designed for friends, families, and intimate celebrations, this experience brings the joy of gathering into a shared kitchen—where cooking, conversation, and seasonal flavors come together in a warm, welcoming setting.

Reservation Includes:

- Private gathering for up to 10 guests

- 2 glasses of beer or wine for each participant to enjoy throughout the experience

- Nonalcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, water, tea, sparkling water, or coffee

- Accommodations or substitutions for dietary restrictions when possible

Reserving our space for an experience similar to reserving tickets to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
