Escape to the sun-drenched countryside of Southern France in this hands-on cooking class, where simple techniques and the season's freshest ingredients come together in an elegant menu inspired by Provençal cooking. You'll begin by preparing seasonal roasted vegetables, finished with fragrant fig oil to highlight their natural sweetness. Next, you'll create herb-grilled chicken infused with fresh herbs and bright Mediterranean flavors. To finish, you'll bake a traditional peach almond cake and top it with mascarpone Chantilly for a light yet indulgent dessert that celebrates the best of late summer. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this experience invites you to slow down, savor the season, and enjoy the relaxed elegance of the South of France.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
