Step into the bright, layered flavors of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class designed to feel both vibrant and refined. As the evening unfolds, you’ll work through a menu that highlights classic techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients. You’ll begin with golden, flaky spanakopita filled with spinach and feta, then move into dolmas—learning how to carefully fill and roll grape leaves by hand before serving them alongside a cool, creamy tzatziki. From there, you’ll prepare chicken kabobs infused with herbs and spices, grilled to perfection and paired with a crisp fattoush salad layered with fresh vegetables and toasted pita for added texture and brightness. To finish, you’ll explore a modern take on a beloved dessert with baklava-inspired ice cream—bringing together honeyed sweetness, warm spice, and a delicate crunch. Designed for couples, friends, and anyone drawn to vibrant Mediterranean cooking, this experience is an invitation to slow down, cook with intention, and enjoy a beautifully guided evening rooted in seasonal flavor.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
