The menu opens with a Grilled Corn and Tomato Salad, where sweet charred corn and ripe tomatoes are balanced with a bright vinaigrette that keeps the flavors clean, fresh, and vibrant. From there, prepare Johnny Cakes with Blackberry BBQ Pulled Chicken—tender, slow-cooked chicken finished in a rich blackberry barbecue glaze, paired with warm corn cakes that add softness and subtle sweetness to the plate. To finish, Sweet Corn Ice Cream with Strawberry Shortcake Crumble offers a smooth, lightly savory ice cream layered with bright strawberries and a buttery crumble for contrast and texture. Perfect for a date night, a night out with friends, or anyone looking to cook, connect, and enjoy a thoughtfully crafted evening together.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
