Winter in the Mediterranean: A Cooking Class

Settle into the cooler months with a menu inspired by the sun-warmed flavors of the Mediterranean winter. Guests are welcomed with a whipped feta dip and pita chips before the hands-on class begins, then move into a warm lentil salad finished with pomegranate seeds. The main course pairs pork tenderloin with Castelvetrano olives and tangerines alongside a winter couscous with curry-roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, and the evening ends with apple baklava — flaky, spiced, and just sweet enough. Designed for friends, couples, and anyone who loves gathering around the table, this class is a bright, cozy send-off to autumn.

Purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences is similar to purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or a live performance and our cancelation policy is in place to best support our guests, partners, and staff! By purchasing a ticket to one of our experiences, you acknowledge that all guests must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that all food is prepared for on-site enjoyment only and cannot be removed from the facility.
